You agree to use The Scaler only for lawful purposes related to analyzing your own advertising campaigns or those you have explicit authorization to manage. You may not use the Service to: reverse-engineer our algorithms, share account credentials, scrape or automate access beyond API limits, or use the Service for any illegal purpose.
Free tier: 3 campaigns, CSV processing client-side only. Starter: 25 campaigns, 12 AI copy requests/month. Growth: 100 campaigns, Meta API 96 calls/day. Architect: Unlimited campaigns, 500 AI requests/month. Enterprise: Custom limits. Exceeding limits may result in temporary throttling.
The Scaler provides analytical tools and recommendations. We do not guarantee specific advertising results, ROAS improvements, or revenue outcomes. All campaign decisions are made at your sole discretion and risk. Past performance data analyzed by the Service is not indicative of future results.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance. CSV mode works offline regardless of service status.
