How do I export CSV from Meta Ads Manager?+
Go to Ads Manager → Campaigns → Click "Export" → Select columns: Amount Spent, Purchase ROAS, Impressions, Link Clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, Purchases, Purchase Value. Choose CSV format and download.
Why are my semaphore signals different from Meta?+
We use stricter ROAS thresholds to protect your profit margins. Meta shows "profitable" at 1.0x ROAS, but after fees (Stripe, shipping, COGS), you need 1.6x+ to truly profit.
Can I use The Scaler for platforms other than Meta?+
Currently we only support Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram). Google Ads and TikTok support are on our roadmap.
How does AI creative analysis work?+
The Architect tier uses Grok xAI to analyze your ad creatives. Upload images/videos → AI detects patterns (colors, text placement, CTAs) → Provides recommendations based on high-performing ads.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. We use AES-256 encryption, read-only Meta access, and SOC 2 compliant infrastructure (Supabase). Your data is never shared or sold.
