By accessing or using The Scaler ("Service"), operated by ecomm2026 ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.
The Scaler is a SaaS platform that provides Meta Ads campaign analysis tools including ROAS calculation, semaphore status indicators (kill/monitor/scale signals), CSV import functionality, and optional Meta API integration. The Service provides recommendations only — all advertising decisions remain your responsibility.
Free tier requires no registration. Paid subscriptions (Starter $9/mo, Growth $49/mo, Architect $99/mo, Enterprise $197/mo) are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period. All plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). We do not store credit card details. Prices are in USD. EU customers may be subject to VAT. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase will be honored without question.
When connecting your Meta Ads account, we request read-only access (ads_read permission). We never modify your campaigns, budgets, or creatives. CSV uploads are processed client-side and not stored on our servers unless you have a paid account with history features enabled.
The Scaler provides analytical recommendations only. We are not liable for any advertising decisions, budget changes, or financial outcomes resulting from use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content, code, design, and branding of The Scaler are owned by ecomm2026. You retain ownership of your advertising data. We do not claim any rights to data you upload or connect via the Meta API.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@ecomm2026.com.
For US users: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. For EU/Spanish users: These Terms are subject to applicable EU consumer protection regulations and GDPR. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the user's jurisdiction where required by law.
