We use data to provide and improve the service, process payments, and send transactional communications. User data is encrypted (AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit).

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to run the product (e.g. Stripe, Supabase, Resend). We do not sell data to third parties.

4. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Contact privacy@thescaler.app. California residents have additional CCPA rights; we do not sell personal information.

We use cookies for authentication and, with your consent, analytics. You can decline non-essential cookies via our cookie banner.
