By using The Scaler you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description

The Scaler is a B2B SaaS that analyzes Meta Ads data and provides traffic-light verdicts. We do not modify your campaigns; access is read-only where applicable.

3. Payment

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds follow our stated policy at the time of purchase.

4. Limitation of Liability

The service provides recommendations only. You are responsible for your ad spend decisions. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
